Reiki originates from Japan and is referred to as spiritual life force energy. During a treatment, this energy gently flows through the body releasing any blockages in the Chakras (energy centres), allowing your life force to flow freely.
A Reiki treatment heals on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and can help bring about a sense of calm, balance and general well being.
It is also said to aid in the relief of pain and can benefit many conditions such as stress, anxiety, worry, insomnia, low self esteem, depression, confusion, feeling stuck in any area of your life, post surgery healing and spiritual disconnection.
During a treatment, you remain fully clothed and can receive the energies while laying or sitting.
I offer Reiki treatments from the comfort of my own home or distant/remote treatments if required.
Yoga is a mind body practice, originating in India and combines physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and relaxation to promote mental and physical well being.
The postures (asanas) help to improve muscle tone, flexibility, stamina and balance, whilst the breathing techniques (pranayama) and mediation help to alleviate stress and bring the body into a state of homeostasis (internal stability).
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as 'yogic sleep' or 'deep relaxation'. Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Yoga Nidra can aid in the relief of sleep deprivation, trauma, anxiety or depression.
I offer both group and private 1:1 Yoga and Yoga Nidra sessions with an online option if you prefer.
Pilates is named after it's inventor, Joseph Pilates who formulated the exercises in the 1920's. The Pilates technique is a system of repetitive exercises to promote strength, stability and flexibility.
Pilates exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core, which in turn helps to improve posture and balance.
I offer a mixture of online and face to face group Matwork Pilates classes, as well as private 1:1 sessions.
Initial Consultation - £70
Further Treatments - £60
Thursday appointments - 10am or 2pm (other days/times available upon request).
Treatments last for around 60 minutes and are available from the comfort of my own home. Remote/distant treatments are available if required.
Monthly Yoga Nidra recordings - £5 per month.
Private 1:1 Sessions - £55 per hour.
Online courses (weekly programme):
Monday morning - 9.15am-10.15am and Tuesday morning - 9.15am-10.15am
(activation bands optional).
Wednesday evening courses at Milland Valley Memorial Hall - 6.15pm-7.15pm.

Yoga & Pilates courses generally run in line with school term time (circa 6/8 weeks), prices available upon request.
I started my Reiki training (Usui Reiki method) in 2022 and have completed both level I and level II under my Reiki Master. During this time I have had some incredibly powerful experiences treating both friends and clients. I have found the gentle, holistic Reiki energies to be profoundly beneficial in healing on all levels which enables change and the ability to move forward in life. I greatly look forward to continuing my journey into Reiki and other forms of spiritual healing.
I found Yoga around 2004 and fell in love with the way it made me feel! I began my Yoga teacher training in 2012 with The Yoga Professionals/YMCAFit and haven't looked back since. To this day, I still love teaching Yoga and seeing firsthand the many positives it has to offer and how my clients benefit physically, mentally and emotionally. Yoga and meditation are my happy place, where I am able to recharge and let go of the stresses of modern day life.
I started to attend Pilates classes after childbirth and soon realised how incredible it was for the body. It certainly helped me get back into shape! I loved it so much that I started my teacher training in 2006 with The Pilates Institute, London headed by Micheal King and qualified in Level 2 Matwork. I did further training with Choreography 2 Go in 2014 and qualified in Level 3 Matwork. I love working with small equipment in my classes, particularly mini balls and activation bands. The difference after 6/8 weeks of classes is noticeable and general health and energy levels also tend to improve.
